Winter’s Just Right for a Wonderland of Snuggly Coffee Drinks

Even when the weather outside is frightful, these coffees are so delightful. And you have options! Each can be made with our without a shot of distilled spirits for a little extra warmth.

Maple Gingerbread Latte

This one is wonderful with a piece of homemade gingerbread. But enjoying it all on its own is a real treat, too.

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, plus more for final drizzle
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 shot of rye whiskey (optional)
  • Whipped cream

Directions:

  • Brew the coffee.
  • Warm your milk in a pan on medium heat OR using a steamer or frother if you have one.
  • Pour the coffee into the milk, then add the ground ginger, allspice, nutmeg, maple syrup, vanilla, and rye whisky if using.
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, and drizzle with maple syrup

  • Grated nutmeg
  • Cinnamon stick

Oh, and if you’re remembering our Peppermint Bark Mocha from last year, you can find that one right here.
