Subscribe and Save Program
Welcome to Boyd’s Subscribe & Save Program! Having your favorite Boyd’s coffee delivered to your door is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. When purchasing a 12 oz. Retail Bag product or 12 ct. Single Pod blend simply select your preferred frequency.
You can choose to have your coffee delivered to your door on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
2. Choose the quantity you’d like to receive. You can select from 1 up to any quantity of each product.
3. Proceed through check-out.
It’s just that simple! You are now on your way to automatically receiving your Boyd’s coffee as often as you need your coffee-fix!
When you subscribe to any single item, you save on shipping – with a $0.99 shipping fee.
When you subscribe to any two or more items you’ll receive a 15% discount, PLUS free shipping!
Q. Can I choose different frequencies for each product?
A. YES! Simply indicate your preferred frequency and we’ll take it from there, delivering each product when you need it.
Q. Do I get the discount if I have two separate subscriptions?
A. YES! As long you sign up for your subscriptions in the same shopping cart order you will receive the 15% discount and free shipping for all subscriptions. (Remember, this must be in the same shopping cart order!)
Q. How do I manage my Subscription?
A. Simply log into your account. On your Account Page you’ll see the option to Manage Your Subscriptions.
Q. Do I have to have an account to participate in Subscribe and Save?
A. Yes. By creating a customer account, it allows us to retain your shipping and billing information, as well as your Subscribe and Save product preferences. (Don’t worry, we never share our customer list with anyone!)
Q. Can I use a coupon or discount code with my Subscribe and Save program?
A. When you make your first purchase of product in the Subscribe and Save program, you CAN use any available discount code to receive an additional discount on that first order.
Ongoing shipments will be charged at the Subscribe and Save price.
Q. When will my product ship?
A. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday on the same day of the week on which the subscription originated. Subscriptions originated on weekends or holidays will ship on the first business day following the weekend or holiday and will auto-ship on the same weekday for the recurring frequency. Monthly subscriptions will ship on the same day of the month as your initial order.
Q. What if I want to receive my coffee more, or less, frequently? Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
A. YES! Just go to the Manage Subscriptions section of your account. Click on “Edit Subscription” and make any changes.
Q. What if I need to delay one shipment only?
A. It’s easy to change your shipment date through the Manage Subscriptions section of your account. Just click on the calendar icon in the “Next Order Date” field and you can adjust your next shipment date to any future date.
Note: changes to shipment dates or frequency should be made at least 2 business days BEFORE your upcoming shipment date.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription section of your account. You can also call our friendly Customer Service Team at: 800-735-2878.
Q. What if I want to use Subscribe and Save for whole bean or bulk products?
A. At this time, those products are not available on our Subscribe and Save Program. But, stay tuned, as we will be adding more products to our program in the coming months.
